Suggested Interview Questions

1. What compelled you to write The Art of Relationship?

You mention in the book that humanity is shifting into a new era of consciousness, but what made ‘relationships’ become the most important element of this global shift?

2. What did writing the book look like?

There are conversations between Marcus and Sheila and Marcus and THEO, and also between THEO and some retreat participants, so how did that dynamic work and how was the structure of the book determined?

3. How did the relationship between the two of you impact the book?

Chapter One details the incredible story of how Marcus and Sheila met. There was an instant energetic connection, and you came together after both resonating at a higher, aligned frequency.

1. What is this 'new' paradigm of relationship?

In this era of shifting consciousness, how difficult is it for people to understand the ‘new’ way of attracting and maintaining relationships? The book makes the process sound complex, yet at the same time also surprisingly simple. But is it easier said than done?

2. Why is self-love so important?

A key theme of the book is showing readers their role within relationships and bringing things inward to help them cultivate better relationships. Why is it vital that people start with themselves?

3. How can THEO's wisdom support those already in romantic relationships?

The goal of the book is obviously to help people establish and maintain great relationships, including romantic ones. But what about those currently in romantic relationships; how does it help them?

4. Is there also a new way to break up?

Personal empowerment is a key theme of the book, and so much so that it may help some to realize that their current relationship is not serving them. And since The Art of Relationship is based on a new way of ‘doing’ relationships, it would seem logical that there would also be a new way to break up too. In Chapter Six, you speak about Honorable Separation. Please explain this.

1. Why do people keep repeating the same patterns in relationships, even when they know better?

People often get frustrated by the way they see their patterns clearly, yet still find themselves drawn into the same dynamics over and over. What’s really happening on a soul level when that occurs, and how can someone finally break free from those cycles?

2. Why do so many people feel unseen or disconnected in their relationships?

Even when surrounded by friends, family or a partner, so many people still feel alone or misunderstood. What’s behind that sense of disconnection, and how can we begin to experience true resonance and belonging with others?

3. Why do family conversations so often fall into the same arguments or emotional spirals?

Even when there is deep love within a family, many people may say they can’t have a productive conversation without things becoming tense or repetitive. What keeps these cycles in place, and how can families shift into more compassionate communication?

4. How can someone deepen the relationship they already have, without needing their partner to change first?

One person often begins to grow or awaken faster than the other. How can someone continue their own inner work and still nurture connection, rather than feeling they’ve outgrown their partner?

6. How can people tell the difference between a soul-aligned connection and one that just feels familiar?

We often attract what’s comfortable, not necessarily what’s healthy. How can someone discern whether a connection is karmic or truly aligned with their soul’s growth?

8. How can someone open to love again after being deeply hurt or betrayed?

Heartbreak and betrayal can make people close off from love altogether. How can we heal those wounds without losing trust or our sense of self, and what role does forgiveness play in that process?

10. How can we move from people-pleasing and overgiving into empowered, conscious relationships?

Many people know they struggle with boundaries but fear losing connection if they change. What’s the deeper pattern behind people-pleasing, and how can we move into love that honors both self and other equally?

11. Why do so many “good” relationships feel flat or disconnected?

Even in healthy partnerships, people often feel something is missing — a loss of intimacy or soul connection. What causes relationships to stagnate, and how can couples reignite the deeper spark of love and purpose together?

1. What was it like to recognize each other as partners in both love and purpose?

2. How do you maintain balance between your marriage and your shared mission?

3. How has channeling THEO together deepened your relationship over time?

4. What have you learned about partnership through living THEO’s teachings yourselves?

1. Are you ever surprised by THEO's answers?

You’ve mentioned that THEO is an infinite source of wisdom, and with the prevailing shift in our collective awakening right now, it would be interesting to know whether THEO’s answers change or whether they remain constant in their advice. Was there anything that THEO revealed for the book that you haven’t heard from them previously or was unexpected to you?

2. What is Soul Integration?

The book empowers readers to undergo the Soul Integration process, which is THEO’s unique method of knowing and loving yourself on a soul level. Can you speak more about the importance of this?

3. How does THEO view humanity’s current stage of spiritual evolution?

There’s so much transformation happening on the planet right now - socially, environmentally, energetically. From your perspective, what’s really unfolding and what do we most need to remember as we move through it?

4. How can individuals raise their vibration and stay grounded amidst the world’s chaos?

With everything going on in the world, all the noise, fear, and distraction , many people struggle to stay centered. How can we hold a higher frequency while still engaging with everyday life?

5. How does THEO communicate through Sheila?

6. What message does THEO most want people to hear right now?

If you could offer one message to everyone listening - something that speaks to where we are as a collective - what would that be?

Sometimes, asking profound questions can be tricky in the moment; many people become unexpectedly nervous when speaking with THEO. Here are some potential questions for you to use if needed, although you are welcome to ask any of your own.
