Program Details
Week One: Welcome & Logistics
This first session launches the program. We cover logistics, agenda and introductions then dive into the content. Setting the stage of what is to come as we co-create over these seven weeks, we'll plant our collective intentions for growth together. Participants will have an opportunity to share where they are in life now and what they desire to create by participating in this intimate group.
Week Two: Self Care
In week two we share the foundation for effective self-care, including meditation and body care. Learn how to effectively handle the natural and man-made frequency changes that our bodies and spirits are encountering and how to use meditation to listen to your soul's guidance. Through better awareness of your body, your mind, and spirit connection, you align more support for your increased vibration and your connection to others. THEO terms this as living a soul-centered rather than self-centered life.
Week Three: Relationship with Self
In week three THEO leads us through a thorough discussion on the significance of the relationship to self and it's pivotal importance to all other relationships. It is from this foundation that we see our world, where our feeling body is directed, and from where we engage and connect to others. THEO's guidance will assist us to explore our relationship with our soul connected self.
Week Four: Romantic Relationships
In this week, THEO focuses on the arena of primary partnerships: soul mates, twin flames, karma in relationships, masculine & feminine, how to know when a relationship is complete, sexuality, and much more. As we learn most from those closest to us, primary partnerships are tremendously fertile ground for personal growth and actualization. It's also fun to develop a more loving and spiritually connection partnership. Whether you're "looking for the one" or want to improve your already good primary love relationship, this week will bring great insights and inspiration for all.
Week Five: Family and Soul Family Relationships
In this fascinating session, THEO supports your exploration of your primary family relationships. Whether you've felt you didn't quite "belong" in your biological family or you've always felt connected to them, exploring our family dynamics reveals so much. This week's exploration focus' on our family interactions, motivations, and connections and why it is significant to how you see yourself and interact in your world. And like our biological family, we also have soul family connections -- what does this mean? We'll explore how these connections hold purpose and support for our lives.
Week Six: Friends, Work, Community, World
During this week's gathering, we have the opportunity to ask THEO our questions about our various relationships. Learn how we can prioritize our core values and best engage in relationship to all those around us through reviewing interactions, broadening awareness, and creating solutions to challenges we find with friends, co-workers, neighbors, community, the world. We drill down how best to communicate our authenticity while honoring the same in others, discover what may be blocking us from getting more of what we're desiring in relationships, and how to disengage honorably from those restricting us as we move to a more empowered place.
Week Seven: Moving Forward as the New You
With your new relationship perspectives guiding you forward, in this final session we'll share inspiration for using your new tools and awarenesses as you continue to cultivate the relationships you desire, bridging the gap from where you've been and where you want to be. THEO will share their closing thoughts and tangible next steps for you towards your relationship changes and growth.

About THEO, Sheila & Marcus Gillette
In 1969, Sheila Gillette nearly died following a pulmonary embolism suffered during the birth of her third child. Following her improbable recovery, Sheila began experiencing various types of psychic phenomenon leading her to become the direct voice channel for twelve archangels known collectively as THEO. Sheila’s psychic abilities have been verified by para-psychological researchers, physicists and other scientists across the country, as well as by the hundreds of thousands of people that have sought THEO’s insight.
Notably, this includes Esther Hicks, for whom Sheila and THEO were the catalysts for her to begin channeling ABRAHAM. As Esther has described in her best-selling books, events, and films, THEO predicted that she would channel her own group of higher teachers and instructed her on how to begin the spiritual process of becoming receptive to their energies. Marcus began his spiritual journey exploring out-of-body states as a teenager. A passionate seeker of truth and shamanic practitioner since following several life-changing events 25 years ago, Marcus has studied the wisdom of indigenous cultures, eastern philosophies, and material channeled from non-physical entities. Just prior to meeting Sheila, he explored expanded states of consciousness at the Monroe Institute and met with the business manager there with the intention of building an institute in Phoenix AZ. As a successful business consultant, coach and motivational speaker, Marcus has spoken to tens of thousands of people integrating THEO’s teachings of empowerment and possibility in his inspirational speeches.
