Hello, I am Lenka. It is wonderful opportunity to connect with you here.

After 11 years of living and studying in the UK I am currently back living in my homeland of the Czech Republic. I discovered Theo, Sheila and Marcus through Gaia TV in 2023 and joined the Thrive program following with the Accelerator program. I have completed certification in the Soul Integration™ process by THEO Group, Inc.

I was interested in THEO’ s Soul Integration™ process because of what I view as its deep approach for exploring my own core beliefs, life patterns, or unprocessed emotions from my childhood with an emphasis on increasing awareness. Thanks to THEO’ s Soul Integration™ process, I have also become more whole, connected with myself, and therefore have gained an even deeper understanding of myself. I have felt great relief and clarity both physically and mentally. I am continually learning by remaining curious and drawing insights from life experiences and interactions with others.

In my spare time I enjoy being in nature, travelling to unfamiliar places, practicing various meditations, and working with Oracle cards.

I am grateful that I can share this process with you now. I often incorporate this as a beneficial tool into my private psychotherapy practice with my work with clients. I have already witnessed the benefits that this process has brought to them for example great relief, deeper understanding of themselves, empowerment or letting go of limiting beliefs.
