I knew I had psychic abilities as a child. I could walk in a room and tell people the topic of their previous conversation. However, my parents shamed me for this. Took me to a witch doctor, who said I had abilities that were not good.
Years later, I found myself controlling the volume to my television intuitively.

Thank you, thank you, for the series, to bring back a remembrance. I have listened to Theo, Abraham, Seth, Bashar for many years. I love the idea we won the lottery to come to planet Earth. It sings to my soul. But I wonder about individuals like Putin, individuals such as the mass killer that just happened in Buffalo NY. I understand we need contrast to see what we do want and do not want. I'm just so saddened, and confused, as to how our planet Earth and individuals are handling all this. Were these individuals really special to win a lottery, of sorts, to be on planet Earth? It makes my lottery win to be on planet Earth seem so less meaningful. Although hopefully, I'm adding some light to these events. I hope to continue to be positive, higher vibration, but it's such an unsettling Earth right now. And maybe that is what is to bring around change but it's difficult to feel it.
Jill, I agree it is uncomfortable. That is one of the many reasons I am grateful to be a part of the THEO community. I do believe we all hold the light and are wayshowers of a different way. Having THEO's positive and loving energy, combined with their ability to understand the bigger picture and share that with us during these confusing times, is wonderful to have as we go through this global consciousness evolution.
It is also inspiring to witness the positive things happening in our community that affirm things are moving in the direction of love, compassion, creativity, collaboration, and peace!

I feel as though I have been guided here through a path which has helped me to understand my truth. I have truly followed my heart and intuition to this place. So many questions are being answered through hearing Theo speak through Sheila. I am moved beyond words and understand so much, I have often questioned my path, as I have been learning to trust despite resistance. I intend to hold true to myself and what I truly believe. So much has been validated through my life experience. I believe I have been asking for exactly this. I have felt it in my energy as well as played with Tarot and Oracles to help receive messages. Very curious to continue exploring, I’ve learned to have fun and be child like while staying true to my heart. It hasn’t failed me. I have completed other mediumship courses and felt drawn to practice, now I know that I AM, I AM ready NOW.

You answered my question on how to know if the angel or guide is of the father thank you. Chuck and I have had many instances where we were thinking about the same thing, at the same time, a lot really. I love that once I had not said anything, but I had said, " know a great place to camp!" then he said what i was thinking. I am so grateful for my friend sharing you with me, Do you know what my dad was trying to tell me that early morning? Can you tell me? Also I have early morning visions some times, I remember it vividly, are you allowed to interpret these dreams or visions?

Chuck wanted me to tell you also that he has smelled a females perfume very strong, then he felt someone wrap their hand around his arm. we both have seen these figures out of the corner of our eyes it does not feel bad at all, but we want to help them if they need it how can we do this?

Donna and Chuck, we have had the experience of smelling my grandmother's perfume in our home and THEO confirmed it is her way of letting us know she loves us and is still with us. Donna you can speak to your Father Soul to Soul ... telepathically. I have had some very insightful experiences with my deceased father. Set an intention to communicate and when you get a possible insight or connection, do not negate it. Write down what you feel/receive/hear/think/know in the moment. Even if it is just a word. And ask for confirmation of what you receive. The more you practice with allowance (and not pushing and trying too hard) then the easier it becomes. THEO says the number 1 thing keeping us from clearly communicating with our deceased loved ones, angels, guides and mentors is that we do not believe it when we receive it.

I am new to Theo, however the things they talked about I have experienced, I would love to get a handle on meditating better. 🙂
Sometimes people think there's only one way to meditate and they've learned from someone who teaches a lot of 'rules' to meditate. THEO says there is no wrong way to meditate and it is important to choose a way that fits you. When we were daydreaming as children we were meditating, we were altering our consciousness and tuning into that soul awareness. It is a natural thing to do. There are a variety of meditations; some people meditate best sitting still in a dark room with their eyes closed, while others utilize walking or moving meditations and everything in between. THEO says doing it daily for a few minutes is more important than doing long meditations sporadically. It is more important to create a habit. You have access to THEO's Raising Your Vibrational Frequency meditation near the top of this page. We also have other THEO guided meditations in our store. Begin to notice when you feel calm and have that 'daydreaming' type of experience and this will inform you of how and when your meditation practice will flourish. THEO teaches more about meditation and how it is the avenue to connecting with your angels and guides in our Psychic Retreat and Online class as well.

It sounds like your body needs the rest Herminia, so glad you're able to rest! THEO says they are very specific with their word choice and their vibrational frequency, and they are attuning our energetic body at the same time. As long as you're getting enough sleep at night, I would suspect over time you would sleep less to THEO's words. AND they say your soul is taking in the informaiton even if you are asleep.

I was 8-10 years when I was in school a voice within told me I had to go home to my father right away, so I did and when I opend the door he was at the sofa unable to move. He was having a heart attack. I knew I was meant to save him so he could stay on earth a bit longer. I had many experiences over the years but also choosed to be disconected for different reasons.
